This example illustrated the power of understanding client challenges and building trust through expertise.

Key points included the importance of addressing client concerns, particularly as the settlement brings significant changes to the industry. With $418 million in confirmed claims against NAR (capped at $2 billion), the settlement introduces provisions that may create additional burdens for misinformed sellers.
